We stayed @ Hilton quite a few years back ( since there are alot of new hotels in Tokyo area) It is quite old now...but since it bears the "Hilton" name so.....the standard remains.
Frequent shuttle bus to and from the JR station is offered. And there is airport limo direct to the hotel door so it is convenient ( especially for us the lazy ones).
