now, i sell my house.i sign temperary contract then receieve some money 訂金,then after 14 days ago u will received 10% for the house seel price and the last money u confirm what time do u give the house the buyer for eg (if u sell on 10/3/07 the price is $1000000 the 11/3 u sign the teamperary contract then the buyer will give about $50000 the after 14 days the buyer will give 10% but the buyer give $50000 so the reduce the buyer give also $50000 and if u confirm 30/3/07 give the house to buyer then the buy will give money on 30/3/07 but give the money to solictor i think one week or two week then u will receieve the $900000, are u remember sorry my englist not well and i don't type chinese :-P
