any speaking deficit?

My 4 years old daughter sometimes said the word in the wrong order. e.g 簽名. She said 名簽. 文章, she said 章文. Actually, this condition occurred occasionally. But, I wonder she had some language deficit. Thanks!

你可請你囡囡的班主任作一個評估表, 然後由學校轉介往教統局作言語評估, 但政府的評估過程往往較長, 可考慮向私人機構如協康會作言語評估
