Mother loves her baby very much, that's why mother enjoys breastfeed. However, the value of breastfeeding is not counting the time, no matter how long you breastfeed, one year more or one day more, breastfeeding is valuable. Just enjoy every time you breastfeed at this moment, you already do what you have to do for you and your baby. If weaning is necessary, do it gradually, like 2 weeks to 3 weeks, so that your baby may not be resist your leaving dramatically. With gradual weaning, most of the mothers and babies can wean happily.
Although we all enjoy breastfeed, you have to know that breastfeed is only a tool of mothering, but not all. To be a mother is a life-time job, even you wean the baby, I believe you still provide everything best to your child.
To be a mother, not a slave of breastfeeding is very very important to every mother.
