I started using rice water since BB was 6 weeks old because he seemed to have constipation andn it helped! I gave him this once every 2-3 days. But then i started to give him every day cos he likes it very much and finished drinking so fast :lol: ! i just use half mug of normal rice (just those australian rice we are eating)with about 4 bowls of water, boil until the rice breaks. now i make the formula with rice water only... sometimes i add normal water when the rice water is too cold or too hot lor.
