My bun bun will take advanced annaul leave from 25 Mar (this Sun) to 9 Apr. I understand that I need to write a letter to Immigration dept to grant her the re-entry visa.
Pls advise whether I need to mail the letter to Immigration dept, or fax it or just let the maid carry the letter when returning to HK. Many thanks.
You simply write a letter attn: immigaration dept
and saying that she is under your employment and going to her homeland for personal affair from MAR 25,07 to APR 9,07 . And she will be back to work on April 9,07.
Just let her carry the letter, the immi dept may not see it. When she come back, immi dept will put a chop of visa again.
