Agent Technic or Megasea is good or bad?

my helper is finished the contract soon, I source these 2 agent in website, any mum has experienced to use these agents? Any comment? Tks!

我覺得請工人好睇彩數,我同細妹都係經megasea請,都係請在singapore做過,未在香港做過的印,貪佢地英文好及冇咁壞

但結果我細妹抄左,我就覺得工人好好

我得閒同我工人傾計時,佢同我講在training school的training都好嚴格,話學唔識d野要罰跑圈,教的東西很全面,包括一般家中規矩,如不准坐sofa, 要同先生太太講goodmorning ,good night等,甚至連大戶人家餐具排放都有教(如table spoon, dessert spoon的位置),仲show佢本notebook 俾我睇,真係教得好全面

但我覺得教得好都未必有用,正如香港中學夠會教學生各科目,學生是否學到呢,是另一回事;但有教始終都好過冇教

如要我俾意見,我會說megasea 的training shool都可靠,但唔代表個工人一定學到

不過,以我所知佢地的agency fee都算貴,要還頭七個月人工,所以起碼唔洗擔心佢地一過來就玩野,起碼頭七個月都會交足功課

tks a lot for yr valuable info. Refer to yr sister, what reasons force her to fire the maid? afterwards, did she source from the same agent? How about follow-up service from Megasea? Tks again!

I will not recommend Megasea. I have employed an Indonesian maid in that agency. Her employment record was inaccurate. Their follow-up action and attitude is very poor. I fried that maid after a month.
