我未食過Inter-Continental，其餘三間都食過，我覺得都會好食又正，因有好多款式

Inter-Continental - very good
Island Shangri-la - not worth the money
Marriott - didn't try yet

My fater in-law like to eat Buffet. Therefore we went for Buffet quite offen. All our family member agree Marriot is the BEST compare to the other, but always no seats-especially in special days (Chinese New Year, Christmas etc).

食過洲際，海鮮新鮮，總體不錯，但款式少
港島香格里拉，不打算試。
萬豪酒店，想試試...

I did tried Island Shangri-la/Mariott/都會海逸.

3 hotels' buffet are very good.

I will give the grading as below.

1-Mariott (dessert has many choices, seafood and others are also taste good, but price is expensive than 都會海逸)
2-都會海逸 (many many choices and taste good)
3-Island Shangri-la
