If 塞乳腺, the most effective way is let BB suck, espacially in the moring when breast is full. It very works for me. Stop increase production, soup, soymilk intaken utill recover. Also, I heard from other mami, take a hot breast mask before bb suck and take a cold mask after to stop its production.
