The doctor said in the program, if the protein we take is at right amount, it's fine.
It does harm when it's too much for our body. (but problem is that we're not sure HOW MUCH is right amount!!!)
I remembered I read a book (translated from the book written by 七田真) talking about 胎教 when I was preg. It wrote that milk is made of animal fat, which is 惡性脂肪, will do harm to the body. So the writer recommends to take 'plant fat & protein'. Therefore, I didn't drink much milk that time, instead, I made soya milk on my own (so I can put in ginger to solve issue of 寒涼)...
After the program and some internet search of the issue, I start to give Shalott 1 more meal of normal rice (with veg.) today la...
The original 2 meals with both cereal and normal rice (with veg, fish or meat), I'll start to put less milk. After finishing the milk powder at home, maybe will give her soya milk to try.... but I plan to keep her take little milk/ dairy products, to make her to be able to take different kinds of food.
