Pampers new package - really bad!

My baby is using Pampers diapers since new born. I bought 2 packs of new packages (M size) last week (I didn't realise that the made in Japan wordings were disappeared).

My girl starts to use the new package this week, it was really bad. The smell was bad, the diaper is not soft and the indication of wetness just doesn't work!!!!

I just called Pampers customer service and made a complaint. However, the customer service officer just said she will reflect to the P & G company about it, bla bla bla...

I will change to Goon after using these 2 packages...

Just want to tell you not to buy pampers if you don't see the made in Japan words!

I suggest you use Goo'n ar! very good and the price is cheaper than Pampers!!!

You can order through ####, they have promotion now. However, if you want to buy one pack to try (instead of buying one box), you will have to go to their store in Sun Po Kong, or I heard from other mothers that you can buy also at Bonjour.

all Bonjour sell this gar or just particular one ar?

I wanna try goo'n , too ar... coz' I found the pampers smell weird (before used).... and the materials seems cheap cheap... (different from the NB ones)

is the size of goo'n same as pampers? coz' I tried Huggies.. but the "S" size of Huggies is much smaller than pampers gar....

goo'n 既size 同pampers 差不多, 我本來係用Huggies, 不過 Huggies 既 m size 好細, 我bb 已經唔岩用拉, 依家用 Goo'n 同sealer, 2 隻都好, 當然拉, sealer 係平好多, 我會日間使用, Goo'n 係晚上使用.

Hi mandy1227,

I just called Pampers customer service (Tel: 2583 3583) and asked for a refund. They can change one pack of old package to me (even it is opened).

You can try to do that, they will call courier to exchange from your house.

Even if they don't offer any exchange or refund, I think we have to make complaints to them so that they know their new package is really bad....

"Sealer" is Taiwan brand, you can buy it at Manning Shop or 藥房. My son is use this brand, its good for my baby.

我買左goon的m碼, 不過都係大左d, 而家用緊unicharm的winnie the pooh的 m碼同pampers棉柔m碼.

我都試過比阿b試唐老鴨L碼, 不過都係大呀, 仲係未合身.

原來m碼都用好耐, 等我仲用買左2包唐老鴨L碼同1包GOON的M碼係屋企.

GOON好好用, 不過唔平~ 噓噓樂我試過兩片, very ok, 好過huggies~ nepia都唔錯, 質地軟, 不過吸濕唔夠勁~

我覺得very good ar! 之前bb 用 Huggies m size, 不過, 好快就 "Cool" 住個大脾拉!

我依家屋企係片片既warehouse, 因為今日聽d ma ma 講, Pampers 會轉made in China, 甘我見manning 仲有 made in Japan 既賣, 仲要係有sleeping bag 送, 我就掃左4包, 再加埋之前仲有1.5包goo'n, 1.5 包Sealer 同半包pampers(係朋友比conpon 我買既), 一共係........... 7.5 包 M size 片片, 另外, 我仲有5包大碼既片片, 係之前d朋友送既, 再加埋前幾日係Jusco 買了HK$19.9 的 huggies 學習褲 (並29包) , 仲唔一屋都係片片!!
