i know herbalife is direct sale and I personally don't like it at all.

$3000可唔可以減到肥? 實得啦, 咩方法都得, 食少d肉, 多d菜, 多d運動, 可能唔使$3000都可以, 又或者你試你戒澱粉質又得, 又或者每餐食野唔好將肉類同澱粉質在同一餐食, 以上我講咁多種, 係我身邊朋友試過, 係work的, 不過要keep架! 至於你話用黎買代餐, 一樣得, 不過唔係一次過俾一次錢ok lor, 要keep住食一排, 咁要幾耐就真係好睇個人, 同埋代餐真係要好忍得口先得!
