Many people say that M will more regular after eating medicine, but y not work for me, i'm now day 53 la, some worry :-( :-(

可能隻藥對你吾夠有效。我第一次食都冇成熟卵子排出，第二次就加重藥力，第14-15日粒卵子就成功夠大喇。

To me, I ovulated on Day 16. My cycle is 29 days after taking pills. I have same length of cycle whether I take pills or not. but my temperature chart looks better after taking pills.
