Financial Problem

想問如幫工人寫 Financial Problem 信, 是否以後很難請新工人呢?

我通知agent炒工人時都有叫我寫封信俾工人找新顧主
但拒絕左
一來入境處會調查你是否真的出現(每用收入)Financial Problem
二來agent話半年內都唔可以再請工人
另以後再申請工人會比較難些
但我都係聽agent講...唔知是否真的

因我是housewife,沒有收入，而老公係做我的Support，咁對於用老公名請工人會否有影響呢?

I don't understand, someone tells me after I terminate my maid, I must write a letter to say I have financial problems to immigration, otherwise my maid cannot find another job in HK.
is that true??

I won't write the letter because it's not true, but I also want to help her find another employer in HK.

會對你第時申請有影響架，用你老公名咪又係一樣，佢地係以family income去計架。

同埋你抄佢，佢一定係有某d問題架啦，係咪？咁又何必幫佢講大話害下手僱主呢。

係呀，你朋友講得啱，如果佢唔係因為僱主有financial problems /僱主死左/僱主move to other country /有case係身而且win左既話，佢係要回phili先可以再來hk，唔可以即時在港轉僱主。

I terminate her because I will change from Full Time to Part Time, so I no longer need a maid law.

But I think it's so rare and I am so blessed to find a good maid, so i want to introduce her to someone else. But if cannot (because I won't write the letter to say i have financial problems, it's not true ma), then too bad la.

you mean if I don't say I have financial problems, I will have problems hiring maids in the future??

then why some bad maids get fired by their employers but can still work in HK ah??

我既意思係~如果你用financial problems，你第時申請工人會have the problems~then why some bad maids get fired by their

employers but can still work in HK ah??

總之，佢地唔係因為(1)僱主出現financial problem (2)僱主死左 (3)僱主move to other country (4)佢地有case係身而win左~以上4大理由而被終止合約既話，佢地係visa到期日前一定要離開香港先，但佢地係可以再申請黎香港做野。

如果佢地係因上述既4大理由被終止合約既話，咁佢地就可以唔洗離開香港，直接係香港搵僱主同等visa出啦。

我想請大家幫忙分析下我的情況:

(1) agent 向我介紹了一個末完約的bun bun, 據稱(由bun bun告訴agent再轉告我)被炒的原因是顧主Financial Problem, 當初顧主是願意寫封信給bun bun做證明的, 但後來顧主說只同意寫信證明是因為顧主自己照顧子孩, 所以lay out 佢.
(2) 只bun bun名叫 ”安那表” (中文譯音). 佢曾在Singapore做了4年(完約), 後在HK做了二年, 照顧 3岁 & 8 岁小孩(完約), 最後在這個lay out 佢的顧主家做了一年,照顧一個2岁的小孩, 資料全由bun bun自己提供, 都唔知只bun bun有無講大話? 因為只bun bun的上兩手顧主都唔是經這間agent 辦的.
(3) 若果我查了bun bun個passport證明佢真是在Singapore 逗留左4年, 在HK又有3年的紀錄, 只bun bun 的話可信嗎?
(4) agent 話按道理, 只bun bun可以比顧主的電話我查bun bun的情況,. 但我都唔能夠确定對方真是佢個前顧主. agent又話bun bun唔應該比我睇佢上手顧主的地址喔,. How can I do ? Please help !

Pls ask the bun to get the green contract & write a letter to the mentioned address to verify & asked the employer to call you. I have tried many times, the really employers are really will call me after I send out the letter for few days. You may try. Good luck!

Thanks for your help. That means I have the right to check the "bun bun"'s finished contract, right ? I will ask the agent & try your method.
