I aldy give water melon,orange juice,orange,straberry,blue berry,sweet melon... to my baby.
The nurse suggest the papaya and orange juice to him when he has conspation.very work.
u hurry buy for yr baby la.
Actually,expect he cannot eat shell-fish,peanuat butter and nut.baby can eat most of the fruit.

我孖b好 like食牛油果, strawberry+apple, 新彊蜜梨, cherry,安琪梨, 如果買到organic, 我會儘量買organic比佢地食

Sometimes only eat Apple / Pear (any kind) / Banana

Sometimes Mix & Match

Apple / Pear + Strawberry / Blueberry / 牛油果
(berries will be a little bit 酸, and 牛油果無咩味，mix with the sweety apple/pear just fit ~ yummy

)
