How long you've found 無奶? If not too long, maybe there are still ways out?!
Do you try breastfeed your bb more often? Express milk more often?
I know a case: A pre-term baby (baby born b4 32 weeks), who were almost not breastfeed at all, could be given mother's milk for over a year. That is, the mother relied only on pumps to keep milk supply for over a year.
So maybe you can try to change your situation so that you won't feel 羞家 or uncomfortable.
My elder son was breastfed only in the morning and evening b4 he started to have teeth. Since he was 4 mths old, I gave him only expressed milk in bottles. He had almost no formula at all until he was 10 mths old. To keep my milk supply, I pumped very often.
