My mum's maid starts to come back later and later, before she normally came back at eight, then start from this half year, became 8:10, 8:15, 8:30..... yesterday 9:00, she said she cannot catch the bus, will you just "ma Cha" her or need a warning letter ??
my new bun start getting worse after working 2.5 months for us!
I tell her to leave 8:00am & come back at 8:00pm but latest 8:30. I find out she leaves around 7:00am, sometimes even 6:30.
I don't know what time she come back because we used to go out on Sunday & back home around 9:30pm.
I stayed at home last Sunday & found out she come back at 8:45. She said sorry to me because of coming late. Should I warn her???
