is it stupid to let maid to have 2 week holiday after employed for 1 year?
My family plan to go to Japan this July x 2 weeks. I don't want my maid stay at home by herself for such a long time, so I plan to give her vocation also. But, is it stupid to let her have 2 weeks vocation after just 1 year of employment?
