For pasta with clams, remember to add lots of garlic and whilte wine, really makes alot of difference to the dish.

i will cook tonite.. so will you boil clam in water before frying ?

which is better , small or big clams ?

I normally buy the small cooked ones from Citysuper. 1 box is sufficient for a family of 4 - clams and seafood pasta.
