My old one was died down all of a sudden. I wanna spend less than 4+ on smartphone, actually originally wanna spend less than 3+ but hardly can find one that's not mainland brand with quad core. There are some Korean brand with very good spec but are 水貨. Among the above, which would you recommend? Nexus 5 seems to be fine, but its MON is not as big. I want big MON, quad core, reasonably good camera.
Yes. this is the one i have been thinking too. The only thing about this is it's only dual core.
How about Sony Xperia C? It's MTK quad cure, but not IPS MON, 800 萬像素主鏡頭
What's your reason for not buying a mobile for 5,6K? Mine is I heard that :
1) Samxxxx service center is always long line up. The parts are so expensive, just like buying a Benz...maintenance cost is high.
2) the price of this brand in secondary market is not as good as iPhxxx. But I opt out iPhxxx because its MON is big enough for me.
3) Heard that this big brand's phones don't last long, from 1 to 2 years. Not sure how exactly their phones not lasting time. So I think why would I pay this amount for a phone that doesn't last longer than those cheaper ones??
So I'm thinking of why don't I buy mainland brands, such as the latest Lenovo model with 6" Mon, because in any case the smartphones nowadays don't last longer than 2 years old. The worst thing ppl complain about mainland phones are their MTK processor which cause poor behaviour in GPS particularly.
What would you choose in the end? I'm still struggling between Xperia C and LG Pro Lite. 4GB ROM is inadequate but it is cheaper than LG by HKD500+. Would you consider water goods? Xperia Z1 is a super model though it cost more than 4K, but cheaper than Note 3.
