First of all, u have to check and confirm with the private doctor thro' urine test.
If bingo, congratulations. Then condsider the followings :
1) consult your doctor for OSCAR check first (abt. 11-14 wks). Then conduct a blood test (ard. 18-22 wks). According to the blood test result, you may consider to take risk for the prenatal test.
2) To register at the Govt. Hosp. (depends where u live). As ur honey is 35 yrs., Hosp. may arrange u (mostly not in time) only blood test W/O OSCAR for the possibility of Down's. Hosp. will advise u to seek all treatment and test from ur private doctor.
By the way, u have to keep check up from one / two reasonable private doctor, to pay safe and for any urgency.
