yes, it means the breast milk suck into your nipple. you know just like the milk bottle napple has sucked sometimes. but you don't worry because your nipple has many holes for the breast milk delivery. In fact I have some expereince and we can share it.
I tried to have the hot water shower first (because the hot water melt the solid milk spot a litte bit) , then I use the needle(must sterilized it)take the white spot(breast milk) out very very very gentle and carefully. Of cause you never make yourself hurt(bleeding). Or you can try to breast feed yor baby directly after you take the hot water bath. maybe your baby can drink it and let the white spot disappear. If it is not work,try again tomorrow.
