I usually wake up around 10am and I will drink a big glass of milk + birdnest as breakfast. Sometimes when I feel hungry that morning, I will have some corn-flakes as well. Then I will be too full and don't want have lunch until 1 sthg, 2pm or even 2 sthg... so I will have small meals for lunch and then later on I might feel hungry again before dinner time.... Luckily I usually can have 1+ bowl of rice for dinner in the evening.
Sometimes I also think it's not healthy to have this eating schedules....
