I refer to the topic in 07年5月媽媽會 > 滾薑醋, 點知大瓦煲漏薑醋? posted by marinatong. I have bought from a 家品店 a 大煲 ($189), white in colour, has some fish picture on it, 煲蓋 has a small hole. There is a label saying that it can stand as high temperature as 400 degree. (Of course, I don't believe entirely the label and use it only over medium to low heat.)
