I hire my helper just 5 days, the aim to take care my father, but outcome my father don't like have a stranger in home, so we decided to terminate my helper since I know not my helper fault.
So I want to know,
1) if I want to terminate the maid at 12 May 07, Does I just notice her at that day is ok, and tidy up the luggage at once? no need prior notice her and agency?
2) Of course I know I need to paid her 1 month salary compensation instead to 1 month notice, + return air ticket( how much) and this two weeks salary, 100 travelling expenses, and anymore?
3) Does I need to inform agency prior, and give the above compensation to maid facing in agency office?
4) And should I need to writing a letter to inform immgaration refer the maid stop the contract with me, or inform by agency?

I want to ask somemore, do you know how much of the Air ticket in Indonesia,
Should I buy it myself or buy from Maid Agency? do you feel Maid Agency will sell expensive or not?
