my bb used to drink breastmilk till 1 yr. old then I gave her 森永, then she also has 粒粒 on face and legs, doctor said she is allergy, then we stop giving her 森永, 2 weeks later, 粒粒 all gone.
so don't worried, better ask doctor for advice or stop the formula for a while.
