DON'T SHOP at DIOR!!!!!

BUY anything--- BUT DIOR!!!!1

I will, in fact go to Consumer Council tomorrow if I don't hear from them.

My Hubby bought a pair of shoe at DIOR HOMME... he wore it for the 1st time last Sunday....but 2 hours later, it started hurting his foot and I found that his "pinky toe was bleeding... in fact, there's a piece of leather sticking out and scratched his " pinky toe" ...

we went back immediately to the store...

Here's the conversation between me and the Store manager


him: you claimed the shoe is uncomfortable

me: not uncomfortable, it's scratching the hell out of my husband.

him: but we sold 3 pairs and had no complain

me: do you know what " DEFECT" mean??? if you have many complaines.... it's called " designed problems" and you'll probably need to " closed door " la.

me: can u exchange a pair for me

him: no.. we cannot exchange becuase it has been worn

me: of course, if it hasn't been worn.. how would I know the shoe is defected?

me: can u refund me. or give me store credit?

Him: no. but I can fix for you

me: what if you can't fix it.. or it still scratches afterward?

him: I don't know

me: can I have the number of ur head office... I'd like to talk to them

him: NO ... we don't have HEAD office!!!!!!

me: so you report to Paris directly"????? ( I don't believe him and I started raising my vocie)

him: yes..... ( he is Bull shxting me)
...............

Anyway, I called 3 Diro in HK today and talk to their Managers.... and they all gave me the HK Regional Sales Manager's number... left a message.. It has been 2 days... and If I don't hear from them by tomorrow... I'll take further action... SO MAD AR!!!!!!

一於投訴佢到抵, 吾好比佢得逞...

不過ferragamo 都係咁架, 一對鞋著左幾次就爛,
仲要吾幫我老公repair, e d 大牌子真係

我online時睇到你個topic"DON'T SHOP at DIOR!!!!!"睇完個case都覺得勞氣,個SA句句都係廢話, 什麼"we don't have HEAD office!!!!!!"How come,不如話"we don't have BOSS" la(佢梗係打死都唔俾個Head Office電話你la,嘈到上去佢就大件事喇),根本無心去解决問題,完全無誠意,坦白講好多大牌子都係咁,咪同你鬥耐性law,所以你要堅持,直情叫佢refund la,以後都唔買佢,D product有問題個SA重要火上加油.........你一定要一五一十講番嗰位極品SA D廢話俾佢地知,問下佢地究竟有無SA TRAINING

我完全明白你既situation, 而佢地咁樣handle 確實係有d問題, 可以話唔helpful and 冇service..... 的確要complain, 咁你打去head office 未?? 有乜野feedback 呀!!

Yes, should complain to their Head office and get refund & apology!!!

I think the Dior store manager is very ignorant & irresponsible in handling customer's complaints... no service at all!

For other branded shops, the service would never be like that... i once broke my BV wallet & handbag, i brought them back to BV shop, they fixed the bags without any questions... may be this is not a comparable case, but still, the service at Dior is so bad....

我朋友個女boss都試過係Moschino買咗對成4仟蚊嘅高踭鞋, 點知第一次著就斷踭, 我朋友幫佢拎返去專門店, 諗住佢地會好有禮貌咁換過對, 點知sorry啦, sales話淨係會幫你整返好, 無得換過對!!!

人地咁貴幫佢d野, 都係因為信佢地d qaulity同services, 但係點知仲衰過d 普通shop!!!所以有時真係貴野都未必一定好!!!

I really don't know what they're thinking...

Do they think all customers are out to " take advantage " of them?

Do they think people buy a pair of shoe and look for trouble?

Do they think we intentionally break the shoe and ask for refund???

If NOT, why is it sooooo difficult ar

Dear all,
Here's what happened today!

I actually called them this morning using the number 320320 gave me and reached a " Office Admin" person who handles complains....
the outcome....

me: blah blah blah.,.... ( I told her my story)

Her: Hm...... actually what we need to do now is to call the see fu first and try to find out what happened to the shoe.
then, I will have to WRITE a REPORT to FRANCE ( !!!!!!!) and asked them for reply... also to check whether the shoes has defect or not.................................

me: why such a small problem and small amount.. you guys cannot take care here in HK ar... must send report to FRANCE??? it's crazy!!!!

Her: yeah...

me: so how long it'll take ar!

her: about a MONTH La


Me: .. cannot, you must give me an answer within 10 days... it's crazy!!!! I can't believe this is how you do things... are you " playing" me????

Her: Hmmm... yeah... we have to check whether other Dior store recieve this kinda complain around the world ar.. blah blah blah.....

Me : !!!!!!!!!!!

Me: I don't care, 10 days, you must call me back!



I can't believe it!!!

What should I do at this point?????
I feel that they 're " fooling me around...
what would you do ar!!!!

其實我都在名店做, 我完全明白佢地做法, 聯絡個邊(france) or (Italy).... 要成個月係正常, 因為個邊唔會即時reply, 但佢地(個shop manager) 處理就好green 啦!!
係呢個時候咪試等等,睇佢點處理and 回覆lor!!

another way to push them is to complain to the media, they usually will give in. i had a bad experience in buying luxurious goods few years ago, after two months they had not given me an answer (fix it, replacement or refund), finally i faxed my case to a magazine, and they gave me a new one.

thanks a lot... I hope I don't have to do this...but it's been over 10 days... I will try to give them a call Friday to see what they're up to.

不過我之前在DIOR修個袋,覺得他們的服務好好,我之前在英國買了一個DIOR袋,用了不到一個月,手炳的封漆裂開,於是我拿去北京道一號的DIOR專門店去修,修了2次,我都不滿意,於是個SALES,就幫我換了一個全新的袋,可能間間都不同,我覺得北京號一號那間很不錯,以後我都會去買

my husband got the shoes at Peking Rd lor.... that's the only Dior Homme in HK... no choice!

Thanks for asking.. NOPE! nothing.. I have not heard from them yet.. it's been.. what.. 2 weeks?

I will call them tomorrow to find out... but honestly, I feel really tired having to " argue" with them... perhaps this is what they want.. " tow" time... so that I will forget about the shoes.....
