personal speaking, the Internal is much more clear, as they will see more clearly.
for the ultra sound (external), the view might be blocked by the internal organ? intestines and others...
but yes, holovebb is correct, you need to drink at least 32 oz of water 1 hours before the external, in order to have proper result. for the internal, i feel uncomfortable...but still prefer that one.
