I used to live in Cascades in three year ago. I think Cascades is OK with $3xxx per sq in Homantin & less than 10 year old. What else you can get in Homantin with $3xxx per sq in Homantin & less than 10 year old??

I agree the view is fair, however the price is reasonable at Homantin
