Hi 小靜,
I'm in San Francisco and I'm expecting also. Don't worry too much and you need to take good care of yourself especially that you are a breastfeeding mom. Eat good, sleep good, rest good and your milk will be good to your daughter. Last time, my son was also "yellow" and needed to go back to hospital for photo-theraphy for 2 days in NICU (more serious case than ICU). I worried so much too but you know, if we are not healthy, we cannot take care our babies. If you feel painful on pumping, try to adjust the power of the pump or to pump shorter time. Lanolin cream would be good to apply on the nipples if they hurt and it won't affect your milk supply or flavor of the milk.
Feed your daughter more and better afterwards and she will gain back her weight very soon. My boy lost more than 10% after he was discharged from hospital and he kept loosing his weight in the first 2 weeks. Now, he's a cute and healthy 16-month-old boy. I think that all those challenges to you and your daughter is to develop a closer bonding to your family and you should bravely walk through it with your baby and your other family members.
