我會建議煲粥時先+菜蓉,佢食米糊食得好d先. corn and 淮山 唔俾b食, 佢消化唔到, only 用尼煲湯低. carrot 唔放湯, 煲太耐會無營養. 我通常會"跑"蓉放落電飯煲, d 粥ok時d carrot 就arm arm 好.菜心有gum碎得咁砰, d 粥就ok前大約2 minutes落, 焗下就ok, if 太早落d菜心會黃.
