hi, I'm a first time mum-to-be too! Hubby and I prefer home cooked meals so I cook everyday! The following is what I eat everyday:
Breakfast - Oatmeal + milk (very good for constipation)
Lunch - Seaweed soup with stitake mushroom + 1 egg
Dinner - Vege soup / Black bean soup + vegetables
Snacks - Strawberry, orange, kiwi fruits, crackers
I highly recommend a slow cooker if you like home cooked meals but have to work. It's good for stew and soup and porridge as you don't have to watch it cook I use it everyday!
