我的bun 做咗9个月，但越來越lazy，非常無手尾同dirty.
1)佢竟然將佢對臭socks(wear過)放糸个廳，我件sweater 上面over 1 day.5糸我發現佢都懵然不知.
2)last sat, 1st同佢一齐帶BB上pg,一break time,立即同我講other bb 的是非(eg. who still can't walk even 1 year old. who is rich....

)
3)抹嘢永遠5会深層去抹，佢可以9 months 以來冇抹个telephone cuz' she thinks 我哋日日用，5会dirty.

4)佢个drawer 比我見到有D 血 tissue!!!

把comb就full of hair!!!!! really disgusting!!!!
5)一日掛住shopping. 成日"office hour"問我可5可以去藥房buy 自己嘢！你問得我，if 我5比，你又記住，5 happy!! so 我都比咗佢去2 次！之后鬧鬼佢！但佢仲較膽再問，今次話買衛生巾！
6)佢將自乙的snacks 放响kitchen 个環保袋入面，但又冇封口，D餅碎就戊袋成地系！

佢對BB無乜嘢，BB都跟佢！但我buy 比BB的嘢就成日收埋，咁佢可以5駛clean it. 上次叫佢每night and day help bb to clean his mouth. 但佢竟然又收埋D oral wipe tissue, 成个月都冇clean 過！！！
可能系BB比較easy to take care. 好多人話照顧到BB就OK,但我容忍5到佢dirty的性格！同埋真系好無手尾！對slippers 成日放咗系living room 中間！

last dec, 我本來請咗另一个，但又心軟，所以無要到(佢唔知我請咗另一个)！我每月每日都比机会佢，cuz' i know no one is perfect. 但now 真系好心淡。每日放工，又要deal w/ 佢！我哋對佢真系好好！

what can i do? 炒or not 炒？:-( :-( :-(

i c!!! such a coincident that we meet here!!

after reading so many stories in this forum, i feel quite relieve now. cuz' it is common for us to change maids. we should try our best to find the one most suitable for us. i hope i can find a better one next time.

actually my agent recommends one, but she has no experience at all. i'm afraid she may hv homesick, or can't even use those simple electrical appliances at home. really headache.

the reason for writing 1/2 chinese n' 1/2 english is cuz' i want to get more opinions from more mami here. some mami told me that their english is not good, so they can't give me any advises. on the other hand, i'm poor in inputting chinese characters. it takes me a lot of time to write a paragraph.
but i still thx this mami's precious advise. hope your post will not hv this kind of precious feedback in the future.

. Your BB is so cute and really good. Your bun bun is very talkactive when she was outside. I think every bun bun does the same thing. They will share info with other bun bun about our family info.

My son is one year old now. We have changed 3 buns already since he was born. The 4th one will come in Sept. I will keep my finger crossed.

my bun's mandarin is very very very fluent. She can even listen to slang. i think her mandarin is much better than some hk ppl (like me). She is smart actually but.... too smart to teach. She always pretends to be foolish, so she can do fewer things. or even when she makes mistakes, she can say "this is my 1st time...."

she is sooo talkative that she can keep chatting w/ other bun bun on the street and doesn't come back in the morning.

even just buying 1 piece of meat for bb, she needs almost an hour travelling time. (but it shouldn't be more than 1/2 hour)

she always complaints that my bb doesn't sleep long in day time, so she can't do the housework probably. that's why i didn't bring her to pg and let her to stay home and do the cleaning. (that's why i feel soooo exhausted every time after pg.

)

after hearing what other mami suggested here, i think i will fire her and find a new one!!!

I think I spoke with your bun bun last Sun at TX as she told me that last Sat was her first time to go to the playgroup. She told me that her mum and sir did not take her to glaygroup before. She said she worked in Taiwan before so she can understnad a little bit Mandarin. She looked very friendly, excited and always looked at the monitor in the seating area.

咁你真係十萬火急加唔放心喎．．．．．．如果係咁，你一早要炒佢啦．因為train一個工人都要時間加要睇住佢啦．現在你就睇下有無家人可以幫下手睇下啦．不過剛check agent都係無乜工人可以睇啊．好慘啊．:-( :-(

小叭係06年12月5日出世時重3.23kgs,1個月4.55kgs,2個月6.40kgs,3個月7.72kgs,4個月8.20kgs,5個月8.80kgs, 6個月10.00kgs, 7個月9.55kgs, 8個月10.00kgs, 9個月10.16kgs, 10個月10.45kgs, 11個月10.91kgs
(4個月第一次反身, 5個月坐, 8個半月爬, 9個半月出牙(上面兩只),10個月出牙(上面兩只)12個月7只牙, 11.81 kgs

細叭係09年1月26日出世, 體重6磅半.
4個半月轉身, 5個月識坐, 7個半月出第一只牙(下面)

我曾經叫我以前的part time 黎教佢，但最后的comment 系个part time 話佢非常5掂！(but she worked in taiwan for 6 years b4!!!)my mum even refused her to help washing dishes at her home after dinner.
唉。。。我成日話佢來嘆世界！

其實個個都有 homesick 既問題，係睇佢嚴唔嚴重既者...
我請左十幾年工人，比我加埋我朋友請個Ｄ（total around 60+），都係得一個係因為homesick而走，其他都係偷野，做野唔得而走...

大家（主人＆工人）都係得個駁字，我地駁搵到好工人，佢地駁搵好老細...　ｙ永遠好既一方都唔一定係搵到好既 "另一半" ？？

如果佢真係咁污嘈，拎Ｄ証據去 agent 度，比 agent 同 agent 度Ｄ其他工人睇，中國人就知 "面係人地比，架係自己掉" ∼　等佢係眾多工人面前比 agent 鬧，羞死佢！！

之後要佢次次出去都要去左 agent 度報到先，等佢唔止係屋企比人問候，去到 agent 度都比人問∼
