Dear all,

I will hire a local maid direclty (i.e. not thur employer agent). Before to sign the contract with her, I want to arrange a medical check for her. Is there any good but cheap clinic can refer to me? I live in Tsuen Wan.

My case is different from yours cos' my maid was finished her contract not terminated by the ex-employer.

I would suggest you to call the hotline of the HK Immigration at 2824 6111

Thanks for your prompt reply! As I am the new employer of bun bun, please kindly help to confirm the dates and procedures.

My new bun bun will go to Philippine Consulate on 2/9. She will be terminated on 8/9, would she need to go to HK Immigration to submit the application form on 8/9 (Sat) or 10/9(Mon)?

She has worked with her current employer for 4 months only, therefore she has not take any leave before. Usually, how long does she need to stay at Philippines? Can I request her return to HK on a fixed date, such as 10/10?
