I am looking to get either a living will or living trust in case, you know. But then I am not sure which one is better, any mom has any comment? or please share your experience. Thanks!!
Also, you can protect the assets in the trust from your creditors. Plus your beneficiaries do not need to go thru the probate court when you are gone. I think they can get the money faster.
That totally depend on the value of your asset. In a simple way of saying, if you have asset in term of Ms, Living Trust is way better. Cause u can save lot of tax and trouble with Living Trust.
