有咩方法防止個工人成日講電話?
有時係cam見到佢自己捐埋講電話
bb就係度訓
有時佢講到直頭唔知bb醒左
要我打返去同佢講

如果屋企唔系得佢同bb 就可以..但如果唔系你收左佢電話佢唁高興黑臉or 對你bb唔好..咁點算...有人質系佢手我地真系無計喎...我個工人來左1星期都成日傾.我都無方法怕佢對bb唔好...

Yes, Keeping her cell phone is a solution. But for my experience with two of my Yans before, once you have kept her ceel phone, she will have another, and when I collect her second phone, she will have the third. No matter how I explained (like only to talk on the phone at night time, etc) to them it was still useless. It ends up when they left the house, I found that they have 3-4 cell phones in their luggage. And that's the reason why I fired them.

If for your case, that you found that she has one phone after another, it's better for you to find a replacement coz she is definitely a disobedient one.

佢自己錢買又點？唔通佢自己買DVD player／notebook都可以俾佢工作時間使用？

我收起工人既mobile，放假前一晚至會俾番佢，講明見一個收一個。無左mobile，佢日抖做野真係concentrate左，唔會日日傻下傻下。

我知我個工人都有講電話,不過又唔係好旖份,尚可接受,不過我同佢講明抱bb時唔好講電話,佢話ok.

我個印雖然而家未有電話，
不過第一日係 agent 度接佢個陣，
而經係 agent 面前當面同佢講清楚，
如果第時佢出左電話，
除左放假個陣可以手攞返，
其他時間都要俾我地 keep 住，
個陣個印都 agree ga.

maybe 你可以打俾 agent 叫佢地同佢講，
咁樣可能好 d

我都好想收起工人電話，但又怕佢short起來唔開心會點，有冇話唔合法?又或者侵犯我隱?(電話內有好多野可睇)
