其實澳洲有冇得買銀主盤? 會去perth 定居, 二手樓價太貴了, 如果好似香港咁有銀主盤, 用拍賣價買可以嗎?

Lawyer is around 1500 to 2500AUD, depends on your lawyer

要自己小心,不要over-price
所以最好比銀行估下價先去auction

RP data is 佔價, 囚為做Home Loan, bank 系睇佔價, 吾係睇你俾錢買個Price

我地係睇 Korean Gp, 囚為此較好....................if you need chinese, used to go to ashfiled, one chinese Dr is ok

以我所知,如有錯誤,請其他JM 更正
auction 樓是unconditional , 即係無論檢屋有無問題 (Pest and Building report ) OR 銀行唔批時都一定要買
但非auction 屋, 如果BANK 唔批or Pest and Building report 有重大問題時, 便可以 cancel 合約


做到9成, 但要買mortgage insurance

我覺得最重要有bank pre- approval, 先知自己可以買幾$$$ 屋
