I also placed the order on 14/4. Only received an order confirmation with no reference number. I have still not received the parcel. Will call the CS tomorrow. I learnt from JM here that Next clothes is in good quality and fast delivery. But this makes me a bit disappointed. I ordered the clothes for my son to wear at a birthday party tomorrow but now I need to find something else for him to wear.

I called 800-908653 and got a parcel tracking no "08XX XXXX XXXX" (12-digit). Then, I called 8106 3232 to check the status. Don't trust skynet website!! The parcel is not yet delivered!!

I made an order on 14/Apr. An email is received but without order no.

下午打去8106 3232, 一講12組果個NO就CHECK到,佢會問幾時有人係度,明下午送貨.

我14號order,到今天24號終於收到next send左封"delivery update",內容如下:

Thank you for shopping with Nextdirect.com.

Skynet have contacted us to advise that they have attempted to deliver your recent order.

Please can you contact Skynet directly on 00852 81063232 quoting parcel ID 086602676775 .So that they can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered.

頭先1點幾打去唔通,唔知係咪食飯,一陣打通後再update下.
