工人差一個月才完約, 我今早炒左佢!
AGENT打來幫工人問, 可唔可以唔炒佢,比佢做多一個月!

個工人同AGENT好介意唔完約!

請問各位, 差一個月先完約的工人被炒, 再係HK搵野做洗唔洗俾7個月AGENT FEE?

agent收得僱主手續費,當然要先保障僱主,而且俾即炒外傭留屋企一個月,係留響你屋企,萬一有任何事agent點保障你先?

炒左就係炒左,如果係彌天大罪,更加要寫信去入境處blacklist個外傭,免其他僱主受害呀!仲要公佈埋間agent!

Unless you missed some info. (like the maid's ID no., exact date of termination, etc.) in the termination letter, Immigration will send you a letter for such amendment.

supplement : both letters should state the date of last working day and mention you are no longer her employer/sponsor.

我唸樓主真係頂唔順個印印，差一個月都唔要佢，其實呢個印印應該好有問題囉！我就唔會要返，因為個印都明知你唔要佢，點知呢個月佢會響你屋企做咩？比佢做埋呢個月，我會驚足一個月囉！

我之前個印印都係差一個月完約,我急用請左,點知三日就比我炒佢,真係衰到無人有,佢唔洗俾agent fee只要比四個月每個月千幾,炒佢起碼唔好累第二個僱主.千其唔好聽agent講累人累物.

既然炒左,就唔好再理個AGENT同工人點求情啦.
無謂自尋煩惱.
佢要比7個月又好,唔洗比AGENT FEE又好,都唔好理.
等佢自己反省下,點解會比人炒囉.
同埋等你個AGENT都諗下,點解最初幫唔到個主人解決個工人做得唔好既問題囉.

OIC....Since you've already fired her this morning, I suggest don't let her come back la... as worry that she will do some back thing back to you ah... tell the agent.. you also mind why the last month she still cannot performs well...
