Totally agreed.I met the same case before. I changed my address but the new apartment , technically, cannot connect to other 寬頻 company. So I ask Hong Kong 寬頻 to stop my contract. They refused and sent a staff to take a look. Their staff also admitted that they can't provide service and gave me a cancellation form to fill out. But the company still deduct the service charge from my bank. I kept contacting the customer service department for more than a thousand times but still can't get my refund.
I wrote this out only hope that the others can have some ideas on how the 寬頻 company run their business so that we can protect ourselves.
