請幫忙...


我家姐剛打電話告知, 工人跟她說, 她5個月大BB女由SOFA跌左落地, 個頭扁左! 但回家一看, 原來係耳對上有一個位 “立” 左, 工人話可能跌時碰到膠椅子所至! 又話剛走開, 看不到如何跌的!
我姐姐立即帶BB及工人一起去看私家醫生, 醫生話頭骨裂左, 要立即去醫院CHECK! 醫生又話在SOFA跌下不應該會咁傷! 覺得工人冇講實話!
我就叫佢去到醫院要報警~ 工人有冇做都好, 備案都要必要! 而且因為我自己諗, 就算碰到椅子, 照理椅子會輕微滑開去, 唔會咁誇…


想問報警拉工人懷疑佢虐兒會點? 工人即抄是否要補一個月通知及機票? 佢仲會會留係香港?

如您見到佢,您地只須先比佢工作日子的人工,大假比例等...
其餘一個月代通知金唔駛比住,因佢涉嫌疏忽導致BB受傷.
另police係度您先好放佢入屋執野及計數,如有錄影請全程錄低.
至於佢claim您在港期間生活費,您未必要比,等官判.
現最重要係police個邊做左野先.
唉~~又比佢有時間搵左人教路.都唔知咩世界.

The CID called me tonight as they asked the maid and need to go to my house tomorrow to describe once more time what happened. My hubby said he will pay her tomorrow when she arrive.

My friend just told me that the maid will claim me her extension expenses in HK after she win the case. If so, it is very unfair.

無須擔心一個月代通知金呢個問題,如警方開始調查,就算工人去勞處,您都可同勞處講.總之有問題就出聲啦,呢度好多媽咪都會儘力幫.

My girl can have home leave today and will back to hospital next Monday.

At last, the police opened the file for this case, as 疏忽, I did take picture for my girl before operation. However, I did not pay the salary to the maid, but now really don't know the maid will accept the offer, or she may complain me for the 1mth notice salary.

其實醫院既報告係廢架,好似我有一次狗抓傷報晒警去到醫院驗傷個醫生咪只係寫有物件整傷跟本唔可以肯定係因乜受傷......
所以咁個工人用個電話車落亞B度都可以話跌落地,只係因撞激受既傷.......所以如果警方唔做野一定要去警察投訴科投訴佢疏忽................

唉~~呢d case係好難搞,但樓主姐姐唔好咁易放棄,起碼都要有個合理交待啦.

我都認為當日個醫生斷係意外理據係咩??係sofa跌落黎會咁嚴重??呢度咁多媽咪都知唔會.咁個醫生係咩理據斷係意外??
另疏忽呢??間屋入面有bb床,(可能有網床/墊) why要放bb係sofa而唔放係安全地方??

好同意媽媽的建議，區議員都好肯幫這類case的。
又或者告去蘋果、東方等報紙，會又記者幫你跟，仲好落力添！
若有影低未手術前受傷位置的相，交給記者，他們一登出嚟就知個衰工人講大話啦！
成日有父母比人告疏忽照顧，點解工人全權負責照顧BB，BB有事時就唔可以告佢疏忽照顧！！

My baby just finished the operation last night, she is discharged from ICU yesterday, now she got a bit fever and she did so many checkup. The doctor said she may discharge tomorrow if all checkup reports are ok. Luckily, I have some doctor friends so that I can find a Senior Doctor for my girl's operation.

The hospital already open a file to see what's going on for this inccident. Most of nurses think it is Child's abuse by the maid. The hospital refers me a social worker to follow the case, and all related people will have meeting 1mth later. The social worker advise me to call the police once again as they didn't open the file for this case.

The doctor in ICU think the maid is not true for causing my girl like this.

I did call the police tonight again and want to open the file. But the police station is really shit. They need me to provide the doctor name who mentioned this case is not an accident in QM. Otherwise, they will not charge my maid. Really hopeless!!!:cry: :cry: What can I find out the evident, this should be the duty of police, not me.

The incident is like this:
1. the maid called me at 12:06 on 26 Nov, mentioned that my girl falled from the sofa when she go to get the congee for her. However, I can hear that my girl is nearly stop crying (that mean she is not called me at once).
2. I took a taxi went home, and arrived home at 12:30. I saw so many things in my house, which all household are do half only. She finished her lunch and even my girl finished congee. (really wondering why she can finish all things so quick)
3. I consulted my private doctor who take care my children for 6 years. She took me that it is not true if falling down from the sofa and advise me to go to hospital for further checkup.
4. I call the police in the hospital and my hubby going to see the doctor with my girl.
5. the police asked the senior doctor to check whether this case can be an incident. the doctor said it is possible, then the police said they can't open file as what doctor said. But they also can ask whether it is possible if Child's Abuse. The doctor also will reply possible. Beside, the doctor didn't see my girl yet, the police only ask in general case.
6. After all the checkup report, the doctor confirmed my girl need to take an urgent operation.

The maid now stay in my Agent place, and I need to pay her within 7 days as the law. I am very hopeless as my maid will leave after I paid her.:-( :-(

However my hubby and I would like to find out the truth, and flight again tomorrow with the doctors and police for this case. I am so angry why my little girl need to sufer such pain. She is very lovely girl, all people like her.
