BB 8個半星期大,我每日pump5-6次,加埋2-3次埋身餵(每次得10min,之後就大喊),全日pump得320ml-400ml,算唔算好少?

有時俾佢啜過5min.,就一滴都pump唔到!:-(

仲有10日就要返工,:-(

did u pump once or at different times? add oil and relax, let's try together for bb's sake!

You may contact a person called Yuki who served me very well. The best way is to bring everything you need and go to the showroom in Fotan. They have all the models for you to try.

2個nuk 8oz樽,2個nuk 4oz樽及2個ameda奶泵, it is not too many. I have more than yours. I have 4 NUK small bottles, 4喇叭 (奶泵), The one I have bought is more than enough for all of these. I can bring the bag only with everything I need. 去到邊泵到邊, very convenient.

I have bought a small one which is just enough for 2 cans of coke. This is useful if I need to bring 2 small bottles of milk only without the pumps.

I bought my fridge-to-go at the Head Office on Fotan, Shatin. They have many different kinds (over 50) for you to choose. I brought my 2 sets of Medela electric pumps and 4 bottles along and checked if I could put everything in the fridge-to-go. I spent more than an hour there. The service was very nice.

I was told that I should keep it in the freezer and it will become a mini-fridge. You may simply store your bottles/bags of milk in it without having to put it in the fridge first. But be sure that you choose the one which is 'surround cooling for 12 hours'. Some are good for 8 hours only.

Yes, they say we can 'fold' it to save the space in fridge.

since the process of freezing the milk will destroy the antibodies, so it's better to give fresh breastmilk to your little one then chill milk then frozen milk, esp when your little one is so young.

And the milk contents keep changing in the first 4 months, after 4 months, the milk become mature and the contents kinda remain unchanged afterward - still more watery in hot Summer and fatty in Winter. So it's better not to keep the frozen milk for too long in the first few months, better swap the stock - unless you think your production is quite OK and the milk bank is for just in case.

I think I have the same case as you. My 2nd child will be 11 month this Sunday. I failed the 1st first and just mix-fed my 1st child for 1 month. As I have gotten more experience, I insist to BF my girl. I am a 'poor' mom though I ave a big

. My average output is only 4 oz from a 1-hr pumping. I have tried all means i.e. drink water, soya bean milk, black bean water, fish and papaya soup, lots of rice and meat, fish oil and other food supplement etc...to increse milk supply but they don't work on me. And I even need to use the milk bank of other BF moms. It is true that when the baby starts taking solid after 6 months, the pressure becomes lesser.

All I want to say is that you are not alone. Add oil!

分享泵奶方法

我都係少奶的人，係一次偶然下發現用手指扮ｂｂ口仔（次激）乳頭，好快會有奶陣．．．即係泵到無咩奶出時，手指捽右邊乳頭，就泵左邊，好快有奶陣．．．跟住另一邊，重覆，奶好快泵完又比平時泵得多ｄ．．．我就係咁ｋｅｅｐ住泵，你地都試下！

係偶然要餵一餐定係日日都要補奶,
我最初返工係掹掹緊
好偶然先要補一餐
我會儘量比d新鮮d既奶佢飲,
後來佢大食左,
日日都要補冰奶,
我就要工人用左d就過期既奶先~
我既原則係儘量比新鮮奶阿b飲先~

Yes, I won't give up although sometimes feel frustrated. I have bought a fridge-to-go and prepared 2 sets of pump to set the long way of pumping after I start working again on Tuesday next week.
