我昨日通知印姐12月25日放假，佢竟然問我佢可唔可以24號晚10:00出去至25號晚10:00先返，嘩!唔係化

，我即時話唔可以，其實係唔係好多工人都有咁嘅要求?成晚流流長，佢地會做咩?唔返屋企瞓真係好離譜，問嚟都多餘。

I was allowed my maid to stay out, the reason is I asked her to take only morning off on 23rd as I have friends BBQ at home that I need her help. Therefore, I let her to go out on 24th around 5pm. My bun bun is 48 years old and she said stay out because of saving the travel cost as she was off on 25th too and we were living far in yuen long. She said she will stay at her friend's employer home (an old lady) in central as they know each others well. My husband and I were ok with this as we think she is so old and behave well so far that we believe she won't do something wrong. Also, if she wanna do something wrong, she can do it anytime on Sun, really no need to do it when stay out.

我個bun bun又係有此要求,不過佢個藉口是話想陪佢阿媽(佢阿媽响星期日黎咗香港,這是她說的,不知有沒有講大話,個日我亦批准她遲回家去接機, 大概11:30到回家), 但我就沒有答應她這個要求,不過我就不是用嚴厲語氣同佢講,只是說若她不在我家訓而在出面訓,我心裡會感到很不舒服,她也沒有堅持,不過個日佢亦是很夜返,不過我想有時這些日子,給她們少許放寬,也無可厚飛,但要俾佢知道你個底線是不可出外訓.

Why you can allow your maid to stay out? Do you know if she has any accident insurance not cover? You need afford all the responsibility. According the law of the immigration dept., 外佣不能在非登記工作的單位外留宿.

I would allow her to stay out but i don't like her to go so early (after dinner is around 7:30-8:00pm).....what can i do?

我一定不比架, 有咁既要求我覺得好過份架, 出去訓一晚, 大左肚返來咁點算!!!!!

mug原來英文子夜彌撒會早d架咩,我個bun話想去子夜彌撒話唔知11,12點咁,仲話要成1點先完,都知佢想借故唔返黎,我開頭未睇呢個post又唔想阻住人宗教信仰,就話你去啦,不過法律上你一定要返黎過夜,佢唸唸下唔化算,夜晚晚side幾廿蚊係中環返將軍澳第二朝又一早出去,佢先話唔去啦,25號一早都有彌撒.
