I didn\'t 戒口during my pregnancy & after delivery (of course I won\'t eat raw food,soft cheese etc high risk food but I drank cold beverage,ate ice cream,seafood and almost everything ).i only had 補身soup for one or two month during pregnancy then I stopped because I gained too much weight.my son was born at 8.8lbs and he is now 13lbs at 11th week.dont worry too much in the diet.if you can\'t enjoy ,you won\'t be happy enough to produce more milk.
Add oil !things will get better after 6th week!i could only sleep 1-2 hours everyday for first 5/6 weeks.was upset and stressed but it will get better.you will have more milk if you breastfeed baby directly.u can pump and let husband feed him at night so you can rest.your milk supply will be more stable around 7-8th week.dont worry you don\'t have enough milk even when you can only pump out little.im the same but my son keeps growing,he\'s 13lbs at 11th week now(born ar 8.8 lbs).dont doubt yourself because your body will keep producing milk inside.pump is harder to get milk than your baby sucking from you directly.add oil!!!
