搵姐姐搵咗好耐，成2個月先搵到個唔錯嘅完約姐姐，簽定約，都驗埋身。而家話要我去大陸搞嘢，只好即時同姐姐講話冇得繼續，叫佢去搵過個僱主。佢而家份工做到8月19號(完約)，時間唔多，咁我就幫佢搵下新僱主。
如有興趣可以pm我。我同佢簽定喺4010，每月再有400紋performance bonus，呢樣嘢你地可以再傾，唔一定要跟返。

樓主既然知道demand>supply，放個工人去agent度揾工好快會有人請，你亦不必替工人擔心，若你真心感覺guilty，你可以一直出糧俾佢直到佢揾到新僱主。

Have you ever hired a helper from an agency? It's unnecessary to recommend a helper who finishes contract at all, demand >> supply. If you have any doubts on this, please go to check with any agency / any employer else.

If I was an agency, I should refer those helpers who broke the contract for the maximum profit rather than risking debating with you guys to recommend sb who finishes contract. Isn't it?

I felt guilty as I quit the contract, which already took the helper much time, and caused her a trouble. Maybe you guys are used to everything you possess, and you think you deserve it. I'm not your style. I'm thankful for what I got, and I'm guilty for any trouble caused by me.
