Purchases may not be picked-up under the following conditions.
If buyer information and outbound traveler information does not match.
If passport number on the Bill of Exchange does not match with the passport number of outbound traveler.
If departure information (date, origin, flight number) does not match with traveler’s boarding pass.
2. Cancellation can be made on My Lotte → Cancellation. Purchases may not be cancelled after the item being shipped to the prescribed bonded airport area. Please contact our Customer Service Center for more details.
In general, cancellation can be made up to 2 days prior to departure for Incheon/Gimpo Airport.
Cancellation can be made up to 3 days prior to departure for other airports/ports.
3. Please contact our Customer Center for item(s) not picked-up by passenger at departure to process returns. refund will be made after going through return procedures.
