I have tried a very effective method, my 三酸甘油脂 dropped from 2.X to 1.1 in a few months. My colleage works also.
1. You soak a whole lemon into warm water for 20 minutes.
2. Take out and wash away the dirt & chemical in the surface of the lemon skin.
3. Cut the lemon into slices and soak them with one litre of drinking water in a container for 4 hrs. Don't squeeze out the juice. Just soak it.
After that, you can drink it like water. You have to finish it by that day. Don't stay it for overnight.
You can do it everyday like this. But I just do it Mon to Fri in the office cos usually I will not be at home in the weekend.

I heard that 白背木耳 and 山"chia" is good for hyperglycemia.. how did your doctor say?
