Kirsty Thomas lost 5 stone to fit into her dream wedding dress.
Many women slim down to look their best for their big day, but some may find this a little extreme.
25-year-old Kirsty Thomas didn’t just want to lose weight, she had to, as she’d bought a size 8 wedding dress… and she was currently a size 16.
Kirsty, from Bridgend, hadn’t intended to set herself such a challenge, but when she saw the dress she knew it had to be hers, and she wasn’t going to let the fact that it only came in a size 8 stop her.

Instead of feeling daunted by the prospect of having to lose a vast amount of weight, Kirsty realised it was just the impetus she needed to get back in shape.
She said: ‘I wanted a wedding album that I could be proud of and I knew the only way I was going to be able to achieve my goal was to fit into that dress.’

Kirsty managed to lose half a stone every month to reach her goal
With her new focus Kirsty quickly set about making the necessary changes to her diet and lifestyle. She stopped snacking and ditched her bread habit, and instead took up exercise and started taking Forza Supplements Raspberry K2 capsules for an added boost.

In just nine months she was down from a size 16 and 15st 4Ib to a slim size 8, weighing just 9st 12Ib.
And most importantly, her dream dress fitted her perfectly and she couldn’t be prouder: ‘My wedding day was the happiest of my life and I loved looking at the pictures afterwards.’
