I aldy paid the agent fee $1,500, I know the agent fee 一定無得refund, but she said still need 去小額錢債處告我. so I want to ask & know more....
The maid still hasn't arrived to HK yet. Logically, she is no need to borrow any loan coz she doesn't need to leave the country. I think the agency is just scaring you. As long as the gov't dept said is ok, I will trust the gov't bot the agency.

i think the agent just wants to scare you. there should be no problem, just wait and see.
i think this is a bad agent, you better tell us the name.
