Dan Davidson before his transformationPosing ‘like Becks in his kecks’ Dan Davidson is a far cry from his days as a party animal.
The 26-year-old joiner would guzzle 6,000 calories a day, going on vodka binges and eating nothing but fast food until his weight shot up to 17st.
He said: ‘I was going to the gym but it was making no difference to my body shape. I had man boobs and hated the way I looked. The low point for me was when a lass pointed at me and said I was, “the fat one”.’
Desperate to lose weight, he changed to a high-protein diet of grilled chicken and fish, and started taking supplements.
And after the transformationIn a year, his weight dropped to 13st and his waist shrank from 36in to 30in. His body fat ratio also went from 30 per cent to six.
The father-of-two, from Grimsby, treated himself to a photoshoot to celebrate. ‘I still cannot believe how I have changed,’ he added.
